Philly Girls Baseball is turning the off season ON! Sign up to be eligible to receive prizes.
Workouts include body weight strength, mobility, and flexibility exercises. No special weights or equipment needed.
Complete our 15 minute daily workouts every day from 12/12/2022 - 01/15/2023.
Track your workouts on the form provided and submit it weekly.
Youth players/participants are encouraged to track their own workouts to develop good practice habits.
Certificates of Completion will be sent to all participants who successfully complete the challenge.
Prizes and bonus challenges will be issued following the completion of the challenge.
