Slaterettes Classic Tournament Commit Form

This form is for all players to commit to participating in the Slaterettes Classic baseball tournament June 20-21, 2026 in Pawtucket, RI. PGB will use commit forms to determine the number of teams and age groups.

Travel costs and reservations are the responsibility of each family. PGB has a limited number of travel scholarships available.

Deadline: April 17, 2026

The cost to PGB per player is approximately $210. Due to generous donations, 10U girls who are currently participating in baseball at Mount Airy, PAYSA, or UYKQ may participate free of charge or pay what what you wish.

  1. Philly Girls Baseball will include your player in our overall counts for the team rosters for these teams.

  2. Your player will attend the tournaments with a parent or guardian traveling with them.

  3. Families are responsible for their travel costs, depending on the extent of fundraising. Scholarships are available for players residing in Philadelphia.

  4. You agree to abide by our parent and player codes of conduct and our recruitment policy.
