I understand that Philly Girls Baseball supports the growth of girls baseball at the local, regional, and national level. Philly Girls Baseball does not "poach" or recruit players from outside the region. Philly Girls Baseball welcomes players from outside our immediate local area as a way to help the growth of girls in the sport. If my player is rostered on another team and playing as a guest, Philly Girls Baseball will not attempt to recruit my player for any events other than those listed in the form. In return, I understand that Philly Girls Baseball expressly prohibits local, regional or guest players and their families from recruiting any Philly Girls Baseball players to other teams. I understand that violating this policy may result in my player being prohibited from playing and may result in Philly Girls Baseball filing formal complaints to baseball organizations.
